Hi,
We have the Plesk RBL enabled with bl.spamcop.net and zen.spamhaus, these settings are then global for all domains and mail accounts on the servers and is applied to both incoming and outgoing mail.
We also have SpamAssassin enabled on a per user basis so users can set their own spam levels but this means the spam gets onto the server and then needs to be processed by SA which causes a high load. With RBLs enabled much less spam gets to the mail queue for scanning.
Some clients have complained that they loose business emails with these blacklists enabled while others complain that they get too much spam with the RBLs disabled.
Is there a way to set RBLs to only be active on some domains or mailboxes while being inactive on others?
What other options are there?
Thanks,
