Question How to whitelist ip address for modsecurity?

Basic Pleskian
I have some situation that must turn off modsecurity for particular trusted IP address.

I have try to list the ip addresses in /etc/asl/whitelist file and restart httpd but look like no effect. Since there is no webUI in Plesk 12.5 to manage the whitelist, I would like to know where can I list these ip address to bypass the modsecurity checking?
