howto add email account to domain alias?

Okay i have two domains. I set up one domain to be a alias of the other domain.

The problem i have is that i want to access email using the domain alias instead of the domain.

For example:

1. I have domain1.com and domain2.com .
2. domain2.com points to domain1.com
3. I want to have emails setup as domain2.com.

Is this possible? I know when you park a domain in cpanel/linux it allows you to create email addresses for the parked domains.

So i'm guessing a domain alias is the same as a parked domain, but i dont see where to set up a email account to it.
