And there is NO other way to block china and russian hackers.

IP Banning gets Overloaded with all these attempts, now that I can't block huge chunks of the internet using .htaccess.......

I'm looking at cpanel, and they can block IP ranges in their system..........guess where I'm going.......lol

What about using Web Application Firewall (ModSecurity) or Fail2Ban Plesk features?
