Htaccess problem

Hello
I have read that plesk has support for .htaccess files at paralells website . I have bought a windows server with Plesk 8.6.0
I have uploaded my files to server and saw that .htaccess is not working.
What do i have to do to fix this problem. What steps do i need to follow

Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows does not support .htaccess

But here it says it supports htaccess

Is there a way to use htaccess at windows server? Do you know one of them?

.htaccess is not supported on a Windows platform.
There are some IIS extensions which emulate such behavior but unfortunately Parallels Plesk Panel (PPP) is unable to manage them.
