httpd upgrade and suexec

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

With previous versions of Plesk (6, 7 and 7.1), after each httpd RPM upgrade, I had to restore the Plesk 'suexec' file in order to get CGI scripts to work.

I just upgraded the httpd RPM on my RHEL3 box with Plesk 7.5 and I noticed that the Plesk 'suexec' file was automatically restored, not sure why, and CGI scripts work fine.

How does Plesk do that?

I'd like to backport this feature to my Plesk 7.1 installations.

Thanks.

Hi,

It looks like Plesk 7.1 will also automatically replace the 'suexec' file, but Plesk 7 won't ...

Thanks.
