Huge maillog File

There's a huge file (1.4GB) at user/local/psa/var/log/maillog on my server.

What is this doing exactly, and how do I set Plesk to keep it at a manageable size?

I see options to rotate other system logs (per domain), but nothing referring to a mail log (which seems to be global).
