Resolved I am unable to access to my Plesk panel by using port 8443/8880

Dear All,

Today night I am trying to add redirect feature of hostname form IP to hostname by following this article

after this in morning when I will try to access to my control panel I will show that they cannot respond and show me 502 Nginx error and after that, I am delete created today night and use this command to allow port 8443 but still noting happen my hostname is host.infokidunya.com and my log is given below:

I am unable to generate support ticket because I have an activation code but have Plesk license
