I can NOT DOWNLOAD PATCH from Parallels website

Hi,
I try download language pack and patch for Plesk 8.6; but I always get an redirect to https://www.parallels.com/en/account/home/ I'm logged but I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD NOTHING!!!

Can someone help with this issue?

What happen with this website?!

I put my e-mail and password, then I click on login, redirect to https://www.parallels.com/en/account/home/ BUT I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD!
