I cannot find SB5 even after upgrading my license

jnarvaez

Basic Pleskian
I cannot find anywhere Sitebuilder even I upgraded my Plesk license to 50 sitebuilder sites.

1. My license in Plesk shows everything enabled and 50 sites.
2. I tried to create a service plan with Sitebuilder, but the option Sitebuilder is not shown anywhere.

I restarted PSA service but the problem persists.

Should I do anything more? I can provide Plesk license if you need it.

Are you sure that you have pp-sitebuilder package installed?

Yes, pp-sitebuilder is installed:

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

and my license has sitebuilder support:

and I cannot see sitebuilder when I create a new plan or edit a subscription:

And this is what I see on server information:

CPU GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Xeon(R)CPU X3430 @ 2.40GHz
Version Parallels Plesk Panel v10.1.1_build1010110120.18 os_CentOS 5
OS Linux 2.6.18-028stab085.2

Are you sure that you haven't already 50 sites with SiteBuilder and this limit is not reached?

Yes, I'm sure, the server is new and I have a few domains on it, my license didn't had sitebuilder support so nobody could create sitebuilder sites.

Hi jnarvaez,

I'd suggest upgrading to Plesk 10.3.x and if the problem persists, contacting our technical support. This is not a normal behavior, so there might be an issue with your installation.
