I can't backup

I have tried to backup plesk but i can not do it by plesk backup utility and even from plesk control panel i can not do that and plesk stay in "Save physical hosting" and do not go on, how can i get bacup from plesk?
How can i solve this problem?

Try using plesk backup utility to back up a single domain and see
if the backup works.

Try following:
1. websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.name
2. Check permissions from Plesk CP-domains - check domain name
3. Use filemon from sysinternals.com and run backup for that only domain - maybe some kind of loop is there

As an option to check. But try to monitor Backup.exe process activity through task manager. Also you can trace it using Filemon.exe utility from http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/FileAndDisk/Filemon.mspx
Or Regmon.exe

Also try to uncheck backup options one by one (e.g. backup mail, domain content, databases)
