• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

When I want to delete a hosting account I receive:

Unable to remove domains:problems occured while removing domains:Unable to remove hosting:Unable to delete system user:SysUser->System Remove() failed : usermng failed : delete user failed : cant remove SID from quota list: The file exists

error message.. I have to remove and recreate it as soon as possible. If you have any resolution to that error I'll be appreciated..

Thnx.

Ok problem fixed by Plesk Support.

Plesk Support Said :

When a domain hosting is being deleting in Control Panel, Plesk tries to delete ftp user of the domain, but windows does not let it if this user has any files.
How it can be solved:
1. Log into a box
2. Click right button of mouse on Drive(where plesk is located) 3. Select "properties"
4. Select tab "Quota"
5. Click "Quota Entries"
6. Select user you want to delete.
7. Click delete.
8. Before delete one, windows find all his files. And you can delete they.
