Hi mauricio,

your DNS entry for your MX - record is: 10 mail.reciclabattery.com 10.240.55.165

... but 10.240.55.165 resolves to nowhere ( it is a private network IP ). Please correct this, to solve you issues.

Hi mauricio,

DNS - entry - changes need to some time ( up 24-48 hours ), because DNS - servers all over the world have to be synched with the modifications.
At the moment, I can connect to "mail.reciclabattery.com 25", which now resolves correctly to "104.154.37.184", so your changes are fine. Please be patient and post the results of any further mail.log for additional investigations.

In addition, you current server hostname doesn't match a reverse check. Please check this as well at for example "mxtoolbox.com" ( http://mxtoolbox.com/domain/mail.reciclabattery.com/ - please don't forget to click on "Show all results" there ! ) or at "mail-tester.com". A server hostname should always reverse to a fully qualified domain name and not to "atlas.localdomain". :)

Check your settings...

PTR 104.154.37.184 184.37.154.104.bc.googleusercontent.com 24

This is not your right domain name. It's from google. You can check this with this page:

http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx

Some provider are using there own DNS Server. Then the DNS Server of Plesk is useless. You can put so many things, but nothing will be effective. You must set your DNS settings in DNS Server of Google. There must be an option.

Its recommend that you set the domain name of server in the reverse mapping of ip too!!!

So what i do is folloing: noreply.yourdomain.com

Check that plesk everywhere set this domain well... In past i have much error that domain name is not set well. Check your mail server config also if this is set correct. Check at Google if you can setup reverse mapping anything else also with noreply.yourdomain.com otherwise set PTR record well.

I think in the meanwhile you are blacklisted or blocked. If you really config all well and you can't send emails to special provider, you must contact them that they set your server ip to there whitelist.

in support google they say Google Compute Engine are closed does not allow outbound connections on ports 25, 465, and 587

Now if it works.
I had to use SendGrid because google blocks all output ports for email.

thanks for your help
