I have a server with Debian Debian 10.12 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.43, which I am going to reinstall the system from scratch, I have previously made a Backup from Plesk itself of all subscriptions, when I restore it I will put the same version of debian and plesk, there will be some compatibility problem when restoring the copy of plesk, I had understood that it can only be restored from the same plesk that was made. What is the question exactly?
For the new server, it is better to choose the latest supported version of Debian, but it is better to choose the same version of Plesk that was on the old server.
