If I have Panel 11, why are all the applications marked 9.0 or 9.5?

Just curious. Seems like either something is b0rked with my install or else Parallels Applications (in Container Management -> Add/Remove Applications) version numbering scheme is confusing. Anyone tell me which it is?

I suppose it ought to be a tip-off that something is wrong when my Parallels Panel says "© 1999-2012. Parallels IP Holdings GmbH." while my Parallels Power Panel says "Copyright © 1999-2008 by Parallels."

My Parallels Panel:

OS CentOS 5.8 (Final)
Panel version 11.0.9 Update #28, last updated at Nov 30, 2012 03:18 AM

My Parallels Power Panel:

No way to find a version as far as I can tell.
