If MySql started, than i can't open Plesk or sites.

Hello,

first sorry for my bad english ;) i hope you understand me.

My Problem is, when i start MySql (not Plesk Sql Server!!!) and will open the Plesk page, it says that i can't open this page.
It's the same when i open a homepage on this server.
When i deaktivate MySql, than i can open plesk and the page, but i can't connect with php to the mysql server =( bevause i have stop him.

What can i do?
