IIS Application pool

I need help please. Please help me because I am facing following problem:

Error in the DLL (COM Error 800401F9) at addAppPool(abcd.com(domain)pool), IWPD_595(ABCD))

I used this command:
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=abcd.com

I cant reconfigure any domain using this. Please advice. THEPLANET can only gives OS reload advice. SWSOFT do not like to help because we re not the key owner. looking for help.

O yes, I have fixed it. I usually charge $75/h for troubleshoot but for you it is free.
