Issue IIS CPU Usage higher than Total CPU usage

New Pleskian
Hi I have a couple of questions about the new Plesk Onyx.

In the sever health control panel it says that it is using 64% of IIS CPU and the Total CPU usage is 10% and if I RDP into the server is self it is using 2% of CPU. So why is Plesk saying that it is using 64% of IIS CPU while it is only using 2%?

Another problem is, that I keep getting every week a message from one site that that says:

The 'mysite.com' subscription, owned by user ‘me’, is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:
Disk space: 50 GB limit / 549 MB (1%) used / 50651 MB (99%) remaining

This site is set to unlimited disk space, how do I get that to stop?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Just so you know it is a Windows 2012

I think this problem is addressed in the following KB - https://kb.plesk.com/en/124300

Thanks, that hopefully solved my second issue, how about the first issue of health control not making sense
