Basic Pleskian
I have a site using 3 text/image boxes in a single row. In the left & right ones, there is just a picture. In the centre one there is text. The percentages of the modules are, from left, 28%, 44%, 28%.

But on a Windows PC with Windows 7 & Google Chrome, as I reduce the browser window size, it simply begins cropping the photos & does not scale them as I thought it would.
