  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

ImageMagick with Plesk on Sarge

I'm using plesk 8 on a clean debian 3.1 server. I want to provide ImageMagick for my clients.

How can I relealise that? I've installed ImageMagick via "apt-get" but something prevents access to the binaries.

How do I have to change the configuration of plesk (i think httpd.include in the conf dir of a client) to grant access to my clients for it? Which rights/user&usergroup needs the binaries?

Help would be nice...

Greets and thanks anyway,
Dawn

I found the problem:

I had do do:

"/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=<DOMAIN>"

And then reload the apache2 server.

i have the same problem here, what have you written in the vhost.conf ?

i allways get:
File(/usr/bin/convert) is not within the allowed path(s)

many thanx
