Import MS SQL database?

How does one go about importing a MS SQL database for a client's website? I can't find anyplace to do this in the ASP.NET Enterprise Manager that Plesk 8.1.1 has for it's DB WebAdmin.

Unfortunately Plesk Migration manager for Plesk 8.1.1 is not ready and stays at final test stage now. Please, wait a little if you need this functions.
