Import sendmail mail files into Qmail

I have a bunch of /var/spool/mail files in a server sunning sendmail that I want to import into another server that uses Qmail (under Plesk 7.5.4). There's only a few of these so I can do it by hand but I don't really know how to do it.

Any help is appreciated.
