importing accounts from reseller account

Is it possible to import accounts from a Plesk reseller account, ie one that you
your rights are as below

Reseller Client Level

or

Domain Owner Level

I am considering whether it will be possible to migrate my reseller level account to a full VPS or Dedicated account when the need arises
