Issue Impossible verify license key for buy ImminufyAV+

Hi all,
I try to buy a licenze for ImmunifyAV+, but when i insert the license key of my plesk, it do an error: "cannot be applied to the specified license plesk".
My license key is: PLSK.xxxxxxxx.0005 (numbers instead of x)

This is what I get. I still have the monthly subscription -- maybe that's why it won't let me purchase the yearly subscription? I'm afraid of cancelling the monthly and then NOT being able to subscribe to the yearly afterwards.. My PLESK license was provided by the data center. Is that why it's not allowing it, I wonder..

PLESK support fixed it for me.. They "detached" the subscription (not sure what it means but it worked) and I was able to buy the new subscription using today's 50% discount..
