Today in the file manager found new folders var, usr, etc, dev. Folders by themselves suddenly appeared in the folder with the domain. Folders owner Root. I first see this in a Plesk . What is this error? Why did they appear there?

there is no error here, as these folders appear in case that you use "chrooted" environments.

if you setup a domain - specific cron task, for a domain - specific systemuser of the depending domain, the depending folders for a chrooted environment will as well be created automatically, yes.
The very same automatic installation process is triggered in case that you add another FTP - user, with "chrooted" access.
