Incorrect traffic/bandwith

Hi everybody,

We are encountering that our clients are having 3-4 times higher traffic than in an older server...

We've checked and have seen that awstats/webalizer show the correct traffic, but plesk multiplies traffic and increases a lot, having then problems with limits and so on...

Does anybody know how to solve that? We need to know real traffic! I can understand that webalizaer and awstats do not count traffic such as email and maybe only incoming traffic, but its still a huge difference!

Any ideas??
