Anyone who can help me on this one, I would be eternally grateful.
In the old plesk we were able to see the sizes of customers inboxes (individuals under the domain). Currently I have a user who is holding up over 20 gigs of mail and we cannot find the culprit, for there is no summary report detailing each inbox's usage (only all mailbox usage). Was this feature taken away? I cannot find it anywhere.
