Initial Installation Questions

I already used the trial version of Plesk and am going to purchase it now. I just reformatted the drive and reinstalled windows server 2003. Should I install my spam, antivirus, etc software first then do a plesk install or should i install plesk then the rest of the applications? (I didn't use any of it during my evaluation period) One other question should I setup xxxxxx.com (the primary controller of the box) in IIS before or after the install of Plesk? Thanks in advance for any input as to your experiences.
