• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Instalation fails. Urgent - please help.

Hello,

I try to install Plesk 9.2.3 on a new Centos5 box. Just the OS & SSH but the installation fails though i had all the default settings for CentOS. It gives me a number of error messages, for example:

Trying to check for quota support... usermng: Unable to turn on user quota. User quota not supported on device '/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00'

WARNING!
During the register groups in chrooted environment found some problems

So once again - this is a new out of the box CentOS install and latest Plesk Autoinstaller. Am i the only one who has such problems? What are the recommended installation options for the OS to run Plesk?

Dmitry.

Dmitry,

Check in /etc/fstab that this mounted device has option for user quota. Or just post content of this file here with output of 'mount' command.
