AmaZili Communication

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Centos 7.9

Running plesk 18.0.76 Update #3 on centos 7.9 on a server that we can't update to a newer version of linux nor php, we acquired and installed the Tux care extension for OS and the one for PHP.

OS extension went well, but the PHP one gives these messages when clicking on install in the list of php version (same problem with php7 and 7.2 that are currently running the customers applications.

Hi, @AmaZili Communication . It looks like the issue is related to Tuxcare itself. Are you able to open a support ticket with Plesk so they can involve CloudLinux and investigate the issue directly on your server?
