Install new OS and upgrade plesk if possible

Hello

I have license and installed Plesk 7.5.3 on Centos 3.x. Now I need to install new Centos minimum 4.5 but if possible 5.x. But what with Plesk 7.5.3 ? Can I still download somwhere files to install Plesk 7.5.3 on Centos 4.5 or 5.x ?

Can I upgrade my license from 7.5.3 to 8.0 or 8.2 ?
