install zend optimizer and ioncube on w2k8 64bit

is there any tutorial how can i install zend optimizer and ioncube loader on my windows server 2008 R2 64bit?

but zend optimizer and ioncube loader does not support w2k8 64bit, if i use that tutorial does my server harm or crashed?
