Installation of 11.5.30 on CentOS 6

Hi, i am trying to install 11.5.30 on CentOS 6, when i issue command:

./plesk-installer --all-versions

after all selections it stops with error:

Installing packages
sh: /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh: No such file or directory

please advise,

It looks like that you had already Plesk installed on this server and removed it manually from disk before new Plesk installation. But records about previous Plesk rpm packages still in rpm base.
Run following command:

# rpm -qa | grep pp11.5.30-bootstrapper

You will see that this package marked as installed. But file /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh from this package doesn't exists.
So remove this package with

# rpm -e --nodeps pp11.5.30-bootstrapper

And try installation again.
But it would be better to reinstall OS on this server and run fresh Plesk installation.

Hi, earlier error fixed. It is not possible for me to use fresh box cause there is much installed and running on this server which we need.

now installation aborts after getting mysql connection error, where as manually it is logging fine.

Try to use KB search, forum search, google search. This is very known issue was mentioned a lot of times.

the error - log directly points to your problem:

Trying to define valid mysql credentials... Trying to establish test connection... ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
failed

"ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" when performing any changes in the Panel or database directly ( KB - article 116916 )

I have already studied this article, but unfortunately i do not have /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

tried:
/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password
-bash: /usr/local/psa/bin/admin: No such file or directory

Hi, actually it was Plesk 11.5.30 installation, which was upgraded to Plesk 12 but it messed up during upgradation. Hence mysql database was restored from preinstallation backup copy and after:
yum remove psa*
yum remove plesk*

rm -rf /etc/local/psa
rm -rf /etc/psa

yum install psa

./plesk-installer --all-version script was executed and version 11.5.30 selected.
