Installing locally in debian

Hi everyone.
could you plz tell me about how to install plesk from local medium.
i did the instructions in docs but the problem is that it never finds the packages i downloaded!
where should i put the files?

Just install downloaded packages with usual 'dpkg -i *.deb'
