Question installing WHMCS on management server.

hello got a problem i have uploaded whmcs to /var/www/html on plesk management server but i cant access it. when i go to url/whmcs/install/install.php the website downloads to a install.php file. we are trying it out first in VMware befor we apply it to a real server.

we installed plesk useing auto install singel server then upgraded to multi server useing multi server extension.
can it have someting to do with it?

It is really bad idea to install Plesk and any other third-party software on the same server. We strongly do not recommend it.

ok is it a good idea to set up whmcs hostig in plesk so that plesk handles php and all that stuff?

can you create a dummy php file, like test.php and see if php module is working? The main multi-server of plesk onyx handles customer information and can not host any websites, you will need another web node to host websites and dns and mail

create a Hosting Abonnement for WHMCS and you have no Trouble. We also use WHMCS on Plesk without fears.
