Invalid command 'suPHP_UserGroup' when trying to start httpd

I'm getting an error when trying to start httpd, I just upgraded to plesk 8.1.

Here is the following error:

[root@web2 conf]# service httpd fullstatus
ERROR at dump.c:188: Connection refused
[root@web2 conf]# service httpd start
