Hi, I'm new to Plesk. My background is in making websites, and not servers etc. Please treat me like a dummy. 
When I create an email address and send an outgoing email, it gets blocked by Spamhouse (the IP address is on the CBL Lookup). The IP address is a few months old, so 'fresh' - I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
Also, I've tested some different email address on different domains (e.g. [email protected] and [email protected]) and get the same issue each time.
I've tried to troubleshoot this starting with Google searches and old threads on this forum, and can't figure it out.
Can you offer me some advise?
