when I installed the 6.5 Windows version, it didn't have a shared IP address. I went to "server" and clicked on "IP Aliasing" and I get this message:

unable to define main IP address: main ip not found

I click "ok" and click "add" to see if I can add any IP's and the interface drop-down menu is blank, is there anyway I can get the IP in?

Note: when clicking on reread ip, I get the same error message as above.

I assigned the main IP through the network configuration in Windows Server and Plesk recognized it without a problem.
