Question IPs needed for plesk license updates / extension catalog

Since I blocked all Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese IPs from being able to access or be accessed by my server, due to hefty attacks, I no longer can connect to Plesk extension directory or Plesk license servers. I always have to disable the firewall temporarily. Which are the IPs to set on the whitelist here?
