Is it possible to add an internal hosting plan to just a domain??? help

with a standard registered domain on a domain registration only plan, is it possible to upgrade it to an internal or external hosting plan in hspc at admin level without logging into the client front end control panel, can see it is poss to upgrade a domain if it is on an exsisting plan, but not just a domain name plan, please help!

out of the 30 odd people and admins that have read this post... is there anyone that knows if the above is easy / hard / cannot be done.... help again :)
