  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Is there an API to set up accounts

Hello. I am considering buying a 1and1 server that comes with Plesk 9. I am wondering if the Plesk system comes with an API so that I can create new customer accounts on the Plesk server via the API instead of having to log into the Plesk panel.

Basically we are selling web hosting from our website, and want to automate the process. So that customers can order web hosting online, and the website then uses the API to create an account for the customer on the Plesk web hosting server.

Thank you.

Thanks. I did see the documentation. It is long and technical. I hoped that someone could just confirm that Plesk 9 allows account provisioning via API.
