ISAPI Rewrite 2 not working 8.4 -> 8.6

Greetings,

After the upgrade, all sites didn't work with error 'service not available'. I removed ISAPIRewrite 2 and all sites worked again. However, when reinstalling isapi rewrite the sites stop again. I cannot correct this with plesk reconfigurator.

Any help here? Some sites doesnt work anymore because of missing isapi rewrite.
