ISAPI Rewrite for plesk not working ????

Hello,

With plesk 8.4. installation I could see a folder "C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\isapi" having Isapi dlls. I have tried to enable that dll to website and it's not working ... Any idea ??/
I have given proper permission for IUSR, plsk users for DLL but still no luck

Any one know which file this ISAPI looks for rules ? is it httpd.ini ???

Any idea how to make ISAPI work with IIS in plesk 8.4 ???
