isapi_rewrite 3 + plesk 8.6

I have ISAPI_rewrite version 3 installed on a Plesk 8.6.0.x host. I made sure that all the Plesk users and groups were not denied on the NTFS level but the rewrite rules are still not working.

The ISAPI is loaded in IIS and the extension is allowed. Is there anything else that might cause the issue?

Sorry to hear that. Enable debug in ISAPI_Rewrite and make sure the rules are loaded correctly. I've noticed that an iis reset will often address the issue too.
