Issues with PCI DSS Compliance and plesk

Hi,

my hosting provider provide our VPS with Plesk 9.0 and in accordance with uk legislation i need to comply with this PCI DSS stuff to be able to take payments online.

the problem i am having is that when the PCI DSS people scan my VPS it shows both verions of PHP that are running, they are happy with Version 5.2.13 but not 4.0 and i cant seem to find a way to switch PHP4 off and i'm worried that if i uninstall it something will break in plesk

can anybody help........
