I find two problems with the solution here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113018

1. Both my installatoins of Plesk Updater do not download the Micro-updates:
Unable to process patch config: PSA_9.5.4/plesk-patches-9.5.4-cos5-i386.inf3: Failed to parse the patch file at (line 221 column 5)
Unsupported item type: shell (line 221 column 5)

2. The manual update does not work:
exec(/opt/drweb/read_signed drl /var/drweb/bases/update.drl) exits with error #70

How do I solve this problem?
I currently have Dr. Web service stopped on both my Plesk installations so that the email bounce error is not created.
