Issue [Laravel] Unable to set delay for a queue

CentOS 7.9

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.58

I tryed to create a notification with a delay but it seams that something remove the delay or prevent to set the delay.
Are there someone that use the delay for
the notification?
