Length of user names

Hi,

the length of user names (for FTP access) are limited to 16 chars as described here.

But the limitation under Linux is normally 32 chars as described here.

@Parallels: We need to have longer user names. Why is there an artifical limitation?
Please remove this and allow the system´s maximum.
