Resolved Lets encrypt 2.0.3 no alias possible

Hello together,

i use Onyx 17.5.3 now (before 17.0.17 with same problem) and the Lets Encrypt 2.0.3 extension.
My problem is that i get under the lets encrypt section for the domain no alias field like here on the first picture:
Let's Encrypt - Plesk Extensions!

On my plesk i have the old screen with only the option for "www.". I try already a reinstall of the extension, enable/disable, restart of plesk and of the server it self without success.

Have somebody an idea?

Try upgrade this extension in CLI with

# plesk bin extension -g letsencrypt

and check possible errors in output.

Now I have to ask you - do you really have aliases created in Plesk for this domain?

i have one alias called test.itmd-rieder.de created as i start testing
its only on plesk it self because i have an external dns

edit: i delete the alias and create it again and now its there thanks !

Its not an alias. This is a subdomain.

Domain: abc.com
Alias:a-b-c.com or abc.de
