Issue Let's Encrypt Certification does not appear on site's page information

I have issued a Let's Encrypt Certification and I have choose it in Host Settings Security in place of default Plesk Certification but the site still displays the default plex certificate and a risk acceptance message appears

It is ridiculous... I communicated with my provider and at the end they issued a certification from ESET...:D:D:D
